Who are the Servants of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Mary and Joseph?
The Servants of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph is a clerical association in the Roman Catholic Church. We are based in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles with ecclesiastical approval from Cardinal Roger Mahony. We follow in the footsteps of Fr. Luke Zimmer, SS.CC., (d. 1997) the founder of our charism and spirituality. Our charism is unity with the Trinity by uniting ourselves in the Mass throughout the world throughout all time. This unity is reflected in the Holy Family, Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. The Servants of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph have dedicated themselves to this work. In our ministry to the whole church through healing masses, parish days of prayer, conferences, retreats, and other forms of teaching and evangelization, or in our ministry to priests through our Confraternity, we bring to fruition the Jesus' prayer of unity at the Last Supper, "Father may they be one as you and I are one may they be one in us" (John 17:21).
